Ann Marie Rome, CPA, PFS

Director of Accounting and Tax Compliance

Ann Marie Rome is the Director of Accounting and Tax Compliance Services for the Firm. She has 24 years experience in public accounting and 8 years of private, corporate accounting experience. Ms. Rome is involved with the tax and accounting side of the practice and manages engagements of various size and complexity in a wide range of industries.

Over the past 24 years, Ms. Rome’s experience includes the business and taxation issues of start-up entities, reorganization of distressed companies, business sales and acquisitions, and strategies for very mature companies.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Ms. Rome joined the Firm in 1998. She is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She currently serves as treasurer for the Dunbar Community Center in Springfield, Massachusetts and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee for Glenmeadow, Inc.
